Since 2014, Incore has been in business offering services in the field of selection, delivery, installation, startup, and maintenance of advanced metalworking equipment: turning and milling centres, grinding and erosion machines, special equipment, and hi-tech tooling. 

Incore team consists of more than 80 specialists and one third of them are service engineers: mechanic engineers, specialists in electronics, hydraulics engineers, and process and adjustment engineers. Among them there are experts having 20 years of experience in the maintenance of various CNC metalworking machines. Our specialists are always ready to render assistance, give advice, train your personnel, and provide necessary components and spare parts.

The Company catalogue contains over 1000 models of machines made by world machinery manufacturing companies: each machine undergoes a presale inspection based on 70+ parameters. Incore is an official partner of Asian and European manufacturers of machines,  their reliability and performance have been confirmed by references given by customers in Russia and other countries. Machinery manufactured by Focus-CNC, CNC-Takang, Extron, Honor Seiki, Femco (all made in Taiwan), Ona (Spain), Pilous (the Czech Republic), Grindex (Serbia), and Giana (Italy) have been in use at   Russian industrial facilities for more than 10 years and can be delivered to Russia even amid sanctions. 

Our specialists have put into operation over 600 units of metalworking equipment at leading manufacturing facilities in Russia: from simple general purpose machines to five-axis machining centres. Incore performs continuous maintenance of hundreds of general purpose machines and CNC machines.

The Company is a certified partner of Fanuc, Heidenhain, Renishaw, SMW-Autoblok, and other manufacturers of machine components and accessories. This allows us to supply tooling, tools, spare parts, mechanisms, and accessories for any machines, as well as for machines which are not delivered by Incore. Doing direct business with manufacturers of spare parts, tooling, and machinery allows us to exclude additional costs associated with middleman fees. 

Incore Company is a participant of Hybrid Additive Manufacturing (HAM) Consortium founded by research and development and manufacturing companies of Perm Krai in order to develop, deliver, and start up industrial equipment employing HAM.  In team with our partners we develop serial production of units for layer by layer hardening with plasma surfacing, heat treatment and subsequent machining. As of today, contracts with the largest Russian State Corporations have already been signed and equipment prototypes have already been made in the framework of the project.
